The experiences of democracy around the world vary from one country to another depending on their nature, degree of maturity and stability, we find that some countries have been able to achieve political systems entrenched in democracy, others are still on the threshold of democratic transformation, in other words that the degree of maturity and stability of experience is linked to many factors We try to shed light on them by studying the Malaysian democratic experience, its various diversity management strategies, and the constructive structures or factors that help increase the chances of success of this experiment and the extent of its utilization at the level of democratic experience.

Iraqi wattage.

Despite the convergence in the social construction of the two countries, Iraq and Malaysia, the difference in economic, political and federal construction is very different.

This is due to the fact that the construction hierarchy in Malaysia encourages cooperation and alleviating conflict in its various forms.

The capitalist economy that Malaysia inherited after independence was one of the motives for cooperation.

Among the ruling elites representing the main constituents, because it transformed the state from a monarchy to a guardian state, thus abolishing the struggle for political power as long as the economic power in the market was in the hands of the Chinese and Indians, and the policy of positive neutrality was a rebalancing of This factor has been a motive for cooperation at other levels, the party (National Alliance), political (government and parliament) and the Federal Union of the establishment of a federation on a random basis linked by interest and nothing else and the emergence of a Malaysian national identity based on the national interest and away from sub-affiliations Any ethnicity was important.
