Arabic Abstract

شهدت الساحة المصرفية الدولية في السنوات الأخيرة تطورات متعددة و مستمرة في طبيعة الخدمات المصرفية المقدمة، و لغرض بقاء المصارف قادرة على المنافسة فيما بينها و الاستمرار في العمل لابد لها من مواكبة هذه التطورات و التغيرات المستمرة، مما اضطر المصارف إلى مزاولة أنشطة غير تقليدية فظهر ما يسمى بالمصارف الشاملة التي أخذت على عاتقها تقديم الخدمات المصرفية للقطاعات المختلفة و عدم الاقتصار على قطاع معين و مزاولة أنشطة مختلفة مثل إنشاء صناديق الاستثمار و التأجير التمويلي و غيرها، و كل ذلك بهدف تبني فلسفة التنويع التي تركز على مبدأ خفض المخاطر و زيادة العائد.

لذلك جاء هذا البحث لغرض تناول المستجدات و التطورات المختلفة في مجال العمل المصرفي، و إعطاء فكرة واضحة عن طبيعة العمل المصرفي الشامل، و قد سعى البحث إلى تحقيق عدة أهداف منها التعرف على طبيعة عمل المصارف الشاملة و توضيح الاختلاف بينها و بين المصارف التقليدية بالإضافة إلى تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات التي يمكن أن تسهم في تعزيز إدراك المصارف لأهمية التحول إلى مصارف شاملة و ما يترتب على ذلك من تحقيق نمو اقتصادي للبلد.

و من أجل تحقيق هذه الأهداف فقد تم استخدام نموذج فرضي يعبر عن العلاقة المنطقية بين متغيرات الدراسة إذ اعتبرت المصارف الشاملة متغيرا مستقلا يؤثر في التنمية الاقتصادية للبلد بوصفها متغيرا معتمدا، و لغرض التعرف على طبيعة العلاقات في أنموذج البحث فقد تم وضع فرضية رئيسة بوصفها إجابة أولية يسعى هذا البحث إلى التحقق من صحتها.

و قد تم استخدام استمارة الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات و المعلومات اللازمة من عينة البحث و البالغة (25) من الأساتذة الجامعيين باختصاص المحاسبة.

English Abstract

In recent years, the international banking arena has witnessed multiple and continuous developments in the nature of banking services provided, and in order for banks to remain able to compete with each other and continue to work, they must keep pace with these developments and continuous changes, forcing banks to engage in unconventional activities and the so-called comprehensive banks appeared.

It has taken upon itself to provide banking services to different sectors and not to be limited to a specific sector and to engage in various activities such as establishing investment funds, financial leasing and others, all with the aim of adopting a philosophy of diversification that focuses on the principle of reducing risks and increasing returns.

Therefore, this research came for the purpose of dealing with the various developments and developments in the field of banking, and to give a clear idea about the nature of comprehensive banking work.

The research sought to achieve several objectives, including identifying the nature of comprehensive banking work and clarifying the difference between them and traditional banks in addition to presenting a set of recommendations that It can contribute to enhancing the banks ’awareness of the importance of converting to comprehensive banks and the consequent economic growth of the country.

In order to achieve these goals, a hypothetical model was used that expresses the logical relationship between the variables of the study, as comprehensive banks were considered an independent variable that affects the economic development of the country as an dependent variable, and for the purpose of identifying the nature of relationships in the research model, a main hypothesis was developed as an initial answer that this seeks Search to be validated.
