Arabic Abstract

الغرض من الدراسة الحالي هو الكشف عن انعكاس قصر النظر الاستراتيجي المتمثل في (قصر النظر المكاني, و قصر النظر الزماني) على رضا الزبون الاخضر, و عليه من أجل الكشف عن مستوى توافر متغيرات الدراسة لدى بعض المصارف الأهلية في محافظة واسط تم اعتماد أداة الاستبانة كأداة قياس يمكن من خلالها الكشف عن المشاكل و الأحداث التي تقف دون حيلولة و تطور المصارف المدروسة, و بالتالي تم توزيع (80) استمارة على مجموعة من العاملين في هذه المصارف, و بعد تبويب البيانات تبين أن البيانات الصالحة للاستعمال هي (72) استبانه, الأمر الذي يعني أن نسبة الاستجابة تمثلت في (90 %), و من أجل تبيان النتائج التي تسعى الدراسة إلى إيضاحها تم استعمال مجموعة من الأساليب الكفيلة في اختبار الجانب التطبيقي للدراسة, و لعل أشهر هذه الأساليب تمثل في المتوسط الحسابي, و الانحراف المعياري, و مستوى الأهمية, و معامل ارتباط بيرسون, و معاملات التأثير بين المتغيرات الداخلية وفق برنامج (AMOS.V.25) و عليه أظهرت نتائج الدراسة تبين وجود علاقة تأثير ذات دلالة إحصائية موجبة بين المتغيرات الداخلية في الدراسة, و بالتالي تقترح الدراسة ضرورة قيام المصارف الأهلية المدروسة بدعم إمكاناتها الخدمية في تحقيق رفاهية الزبائن من خلال تبين المنتجات الخضراء التي تصب في تحقق رضا الزبائن, الأمر الذي يسهم في معاجلة قصر النظر الاستراتيجي الذي تعاني منه, و تطوير مهاراتها مقارنة بالمنافسين الآخرين.

English Abstract

The purpose of the current study is to reveal the reflection of the strategic myopia represented in (spatial myopia and temporal short-sightedness) on the satisfaction of the green customer, and accordingly, in order to reveal the level of availability of study variables in some private banks in Wasit Governorate, the questionnaire tool was adopted as a measuring tool that can Through it the detection of the problems and events that stand still without prevention and the development of the studied banks, and thus (80) forms were distributed to a group of workers in these banks, and after tabulating the data it was found that the usable data is (72) a questionnaire, which means that the response rate was In (90 %), in order to show the results that the study seeks to clarify, a group of methods was used to ensure that the applied side of the study was tested, and perhaps the most famous of these methods are the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, level of importance, Pearson correlation coefficient, and influence coefficients between variables According to the program (AMOS.V.25), and accordingly the results of the study showed that there is a positive statistically significant effect relationship between the internal variables in the study, and therefore the study suggests the necessity of establishing the studied private banks A company by supporting its service capabilities in achieving customer welfare by identifying green products that contribute to achieving customer satisfaction, which contributes to addressing the strategic myopia that she suffers from, and developing her skills compared to other competitors.
