This research sheds light on the issue of the disappearance of signs related to the times of prayer and fasting, and the consequences thereof, which put Muslims living in those countries in trouble, as some signs disappear partially in some countries and completely in others.

The study presents and discusses the legal opinions and astronomical solutions related to this issue.

The research outcomes will help choose the most appropriate estimate of prayer and fasting times according to the latitude of each country, located beyond (48.6) degrees latitude, and up to (90) degrees north or south of the globe.
