البحث يهدف لمعرفة مفهوم الغلو و دراسة آثاره فقهيا و أصوليا و معالجة تلك الآثار الناجمة عن التعصب الفقهي لما نجده من غلو في عموم المسائل الفقهية و خصوصها.
لذا ذكرنا في بحثنا الآثار العامة للغلو، و منها عدم مراعاة قواعد الشريعة و مقاصدها، و ذكرنا الآثار الخاصة في نماذج تطبيقية في مسألتي التصوير و الغناء و قمنا بدراستهما أصوليا و فقهيا.
Abstract EN
The research aims to cognize the concept of hyperbole and to study its effects doctrinally and fundamentally .It aims to treat the raised effects of doctrinal intolerance due to what is found in general and specific issues of hyperbole..
So, in this research, general effects of hyperbole, including the non-observance of the rules and purposes of the law are mentioned.
The Special effects of hyperbole have been applied in matters of photography, singing fundamentally t and doctrinally.
