Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the policies of caring for the gifted in football in Sudan up to the higher levels.

Scientific, selection and care of talented football in Sudan to reach the highest levels.

The field of geographical research was the Republic of Sudan represented by the General Football Association, the local state federations, teachers and professors of physical education in basic schools, secondary schools, university colleges, a number of coaches of football academies in Sudan, a number of junior and youth coaches, and a number of employees of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

They were chosen by random method, and the method used by the researcher is the descriptive one, which is commensurate with the nature of this study.

The researcher also used the questionnaire as a main tool in data collection.

Statistical treatments were done using the arithmetic mean and the standard deviation, which shows the percentages of comparison between the means.

The most important results: There are no programs in clubs and youth centers in Sudan that take care of the care process through strategic planning, there are no specialists in the field of selection in Sudan, there are organizations or centers for care.

The researcher recommended: Developing programs and plans for sponsorship policies that obligate clubs and youth centers to implement them, conducting specialized training courses in the field of selecting and nurturing talented footballers, and establishing organizations and centers to care for talented footballers in Sudan.
