Abstract EN

The Research Title: The overworking of the headmasters’(intermediate and secondary) by their viewpoints in Kirkuk governorate.

The research aims to: Identify the overworking which faced the headmasters by their viewpoints in Kirkuk governorate.

The researcher used the descriptive method which is compatible with the nature of the current study.

The research sample is being taken from (36) different group of headmasters in Kirkuk city.

The researcher uses the questionnaire as a means for the study and it consists of (71) fields which is divided on (5)fields.

The researcher uses the statistical methods(the percentage، the mathematical average، the proportional weight).

The researcher concludes that: the headmasters are being faced more levels than the usual overworking which is about (%54.38).The fifth field comes at the first class: the overworking is resulted from the physical working environment by the proportional weight (%67.29) while the fourth field has (%44.92) of the proportional weight which comes in the last class.

he researcher recommends: Providing a suitable healthy environment, legislation a law which protect the headmasters, The ministry of education should enact laws which support the headmasters morally
