Today, financial transactions gained access into the world of social networks, which made some companies ask some of the famous people on social media sites to promote their products.

This has created an incentive for a group of account holders to offer their personal accounts for sale to those who wish.

The study adopted a descriptive, inductive, analytical, and deductive method.

It included two sections, the first dealt with the definition of selling personal accounts on social networking sites in terms of jurisprudence, and the other drew on the Jurisprudential adaption of selling personal accounts on Facebook.

The results of the research were: first, the relationship between Facebook and the account holder on the platform has been adapted on the basis that it is a loan contract.

Second, the relationship between the account holder and the buyer has been adapted on the basis that it is a contract of sale for content only.

Third, the relationship between Facebook and the buyer has been adapted on the basis that it is a loan contract.

Therefore, personal accounts may be sold on social media with the permission of the creator of the platform (for example, Facebook).
