Cash endowment, being a modern issue and one of the contemporary tools of investment, is a charitable way that addresses many social situations and achieves public interest, because it is an endowment on the original asset (the value), not on dirhams and dinars.

It is the retention of liquid finance within the circulating money, as it is long-lasting and it can bring benefit to those who are subject to endowment, either through lending or investing, both of which impart solidarity to the community members.

It also solves many of their problems through handling the endowment funds and its profits.

This may be carried out by establishing a profitable investment project based on stock investment and endowment funds, and using the resulting profits to develop various facilities in the community.

It may also be implemented by establishing service investment projects, such as universities, schools, and institutes based on shares and endowment funds.

In this case, it has to be under efficient management working to invest some of the endowed money to bring profit to the endowed asset itself, and maintaining it within a legally-controlled formula.
