Abstract EN

This study deals with the specializations of the Jordanian Execution judge and their legal nature in accordance.

The problem of the study revolves around the fact that the Jordanian legislator did not specify the specializations of the Execution judge and the nature of his decisions when the Execution Law was issued.

The study has come to clarify these specializations and their legal nature.

The study has reached to a number of results and recommendations.

One of the most important results has been that the execution judge makes several decisions, including judicial, administrative and the work of the state.

The study recommended organizing the decisions issued by the execution judge in accordance to his duties and functions, in terms of defining his judicial, administrative, specializations.
