Abstract EN

This study dealt with the responsibility of the parent company for the debts of its subsidiaries in Commercial Affiliated Group Companies, through a comparative study with the Tunisian legislation that stipulated this responsibility and organized its provisions in contrast to the Jordanian legislation, while citing judicial rulings; with the aim ofshowing the extent of responsibility of the parent company, and what is the legal basis for it And the consequencesthereof, and the position of comparative legislations and their judicial rulings; the study reached the responsibility of the parent company in certain cases and the provisions of the Jordanian judiciary have adopted this responsibility.
