Abstract EN

This study sought to identify the issue of judicial supervision of deportation decisions in the Jordanian legal system and the judicial decisions which is issued by the administrative judiciary.

This study examined the approach of the administrative judiciary in Jordan and how it is supervised and its role in supervising the administration in exercising the power of deportation.

In order to achieve the desired goals of this study, it was divided into two topics: the first topic dealt with the supervision of the administrative judiciary over deportation decisions in terms of form, and the second topic included the supervision of the administrative judiciary over the deportation decisions in terms of topic.

The study reached a set of results, the most prominent of which wasthat the Minister of Interior possesses the discretionary power to take a deportation decision without being obligated to give reasons, and that the decision issued for deportation is an administrative decision subject to the supervision of the administrative judiciary.

The study also recommended the necessity of setting a clear mechanism for deportation that includes the procedures followed in issuing and implementing the deportation decision.
