Bush in September 2002 especially the concept of prevention strikes where we can say that Iraq was the first test field of such strategy.

This strategy was regarded as a reaction against the 11/9 attacks by the American administration.

Actually, it was representing a practical application of the tenets of senior administrators of the Bush administration, and theorists of both right conservative and religion in The United States who found the 11/9 attacks a great chance for applying imperialism or colonialism ideas to intervene in international issues.

The American invasion of Iraq is unlawful according to The United Nations charter which is related to the right of legal defense of states if they confront or expose a threat or armed assault nevertheless the American administration has broken the rules of international laws.

Arguably the United Nations is undergone by The United States to work for its benefits after covering that by international legal laws.
