 Summary: The aim of the current research is to identify the effectiveness of the electronic educational bag in developing social communication skills for the integration students in the primary stage in the light of quality standards and after reviewing some studies, literature and educational research that dealt with social communication skills conducted in this field, a list of social communication skills for the integration students in the stage was prepared.

Elementary and the preparation of some topics in social communication that develop those skills, then an electronic educational bag and a scale in social communication were prepared to measure its relationship to the development of social communication skills as a whole and each of its dimensions among students of integration in the primary stage, then(electronic educational bag - teacher's guide - papers Work - Social Communication Scale) on a group of arbitrators, and the necessary adjustments were made, then the exploratory experiment was conducted to adjust the social communication scale.

The social communication scale was applied first, then the research group studied the electronic educational bag, then the social communication scale was applied afterwards.

E-learning develops social communication skills for primary school students.

The current research found a statistically significant difference between the scores of the integration students in the primary stage in the dimensional application of social communication skills as a whole and each of its dimensions in favor of the dimensional application due to the ability of the electronic educational bag in developing social communication for the integration students in the primary stage in the light of quality standards and indicators.
