Abstract EN

The study aimed to determine the extent of the significant differences between faculty members, students and fieldwork instructors in determining the factors affecting the use of theory as well as the differences between them in the reality of using theory in professional practice of the method of community organization in the school field, in addition to determining the relationship between the factors affecting the use of theory and the reality of its use in practice, To achieve these goals, the researcher followed the descriptive study pattern, using the survey method by applying the questionnaire tool to a sample of 254 students from the third year and 23 fieldwork instructors for the third year students, as well as 20 faculty members.

The results confirmed that there were no significant differences between faculty members, students and fieldwork instructors in determining the factors affecting the use of theory, as well as no significant differences between them in the reality of using theory in practice, It also confirmed the existence of a strong positive relationship between the factors affecting the use of theory and the reality of its use in professional practice.
