Abstract EN

The study dealt with shedding light on the contributions of planning to achieving academic orption for assistant lectures at Damanhour University.

The study aimed to identify the relationship between a set of variables and achieve academic orption for researchers, which is the provision of means and tools, financial capabilities and resources, objective supervision, clarity of goals, following the university and making knowledge available.

For researchers.

The study was applied on a stratified sample of (150) assistant lectures, which included 66 teaching assistants and 84 teaching assistants.

The results of the study concluded that the relationship between the variables: providing objective supervision, setting research goals and achieving academic orption for researchers, is a strong relationship, while the relationship between the rest of the variables and achieving academic orption was a medium degree relationship, and the results reached the existence of a set of difficulties that prevent the achievement of academic orption for researchers.

The study came out with a set of procedural proposals to achieve the academic orption of researchers at Damanhour University.
