Abstract EN

The study aimed to determine the extent of commitment of community organization research published electronically in the Journal of Studies in Social Work in Arabic and the Egyptian Journal of Social Work in English, both issued by the Faculty of Social Work, Helwan University, with the quality standards of scientific research methodology.

To achieve these goals, the researcher followed the descriptive study pattern using the comprehensive survey method for community organization research published in the two journals, which numbered 74 (48 research published in the Arabic journal, 26 research published in the English journal), during the period from 2015 to 2021, based on the content analysis tool for these researches.

The results confirmed that the commitment of Arab and English research to quality standards for scientific research methodology was high for all standards variables except for the study sample quality standards variable which was average for Arabic and English research, and the quality standards variable for discussing research results was average for Arab research.

In light of the results of the study, the researcher suggested a set of recommendations that researchers publishing in the Arabic and English journal should adhere to increase the quality of their research methodology.
