The Current Study Aims to Determine the Contributions of The E-learning System as a Mechanism for Building Institutional Capacities for Social Work Education Institutions in The Light of Spreading Corona Pandemic Which Represent in (Strategic Planning Capabilities, Information Capacities, Coordination Capacities, Administrative and Organizational Capacities).
