The current study aimed to determine the reality of administrative transparency as a variable in achieving governance in urban local administration units through its dimensions The basic represented in information systems, accountability and accounting procedures, the existing communication system, regulations, procedures and work mechanisms in the organization, the participation of employees in making administrative decisions, and the study also aimed to identify the obstacles that limit the benefit from administrative transparency in achieving governance.
