The study aimed to identify the availability of the capabilities of a successful entrepreneur in the members of the study sample.

Young people's perceptions (the study sample) about the most important criteria that should be met by a successful entrepreneur.

Requirements for developing youth capabilities related to entrepreneurship This study is of the descriptive type, and the study used the method of social troweling through the sample, which is defined as an investigation focused on a phenomenon related to specific situations, through which the researcher arrives at a set of results that help in treating social, administrative and organizational problemsThe purpose of using this in the current study is to identify the availability of the capabilities of entrepreneurs and project owners, and the requirements that should be met to develop the capabilities of young people related to entrepreneurship and projects.

The sample of the study consisted of (113 members) who have small and medium projects.

In this study, the researcher relied on two tools: a questionnaire to identify the availability of the capabilities of a successful entrepreneur among young people, and a questionnaire to identify the perceptions of young people about the standards that an entrepreneur should possess and the most important requirements Which should be available to develop the skills of young people related to this, and the results of the study came to answering the questions of the study and setting a plan for developing youth capabilities related to entrepreneurship < /p>
