Abstract EN

This study aimed to determine the relationship between Family stress and the level of the academic achievement of university youth, The study also aimed to determine the family pressures that university youth suffer from, to determine the level of academic achievement of university youth, to determine the type of relationship between family pressures and the level of academic achievement of university youth, to reach indicators for the role of the social worker to help university youth deal with the family pressures they suffer from, and it also aimed To develop indicators for the role of the social worker in helping university youth to cope with their family pressures, this study belongs to the pattern of analytical descriptive studies to determine the relationship between two variables, namely family pressures and the academic achievement level of university youth.

Faculties of Helwan University for the academic year 2019/2020, through random systematic sample their number (169) university youth, from the third year of Helwan university.

The study concluded in its results that there was an inverse statistical relationship with a significant level (0.01) between family stress and the level of the academic achievement of university youth.
