This study aimed to clarify the position of international law and Islamic jurisprudence on the annexation of regions by force, by defining the annexation of regions by force and its types, identifying the legality of annexing territories in international law, identifying the efforts of international organizations and bodies and the statements and opinions of states in determining the principle of illegality of annexing territories by force, as well as identifying international conventions that prevent the annexation of regions by force, as well as international applications in this, as well as identifying the position of Islamic jurisprudence on the use of force.
