The research reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which is that there are many alternatives to construction and the difference in costs and according to the global origin of construction, and the research concluded with a number of recommendations, perhaps the most prominent of which are through the financial and economic evaluation of the project and the application of standards, as all criteria indicated the efficiency of the Chinese contract and its selection and even the life of the project It is appropriate from the researcher's point of view, because such huge and capital-intensive projects need continuous development, in addition to the fact that the basic raw material (crude oil) is a depleted energy source, and there are continuous attempts to find alternatives to it by the more advanced countries.
