The present research paper studies the effect of Seville city's population on the public lice in Cordoba during the 5th and 6th centuries of Hijra.

It's divided into three sections, the first includes the introduction of the two cities of Seville and Cordoba, tis Islamic conquest and the relation that Links these two cities.

the second section includes the religious plans represented by those who took the lead in prayer, from Seville's people, in the mosque of Cordoba as well as who assumed the judicature.

The third section deals with the scientific effect represented by readers, orators, writers, grammarians, boys discipliners of seville's people and their scientific contributions in Cordoba city.
