Abstract EN

The issue of Salafi thought and its emergence on the Islamic arena had many negatives.

In this research, I dealt with two issues related to the negative aspects of contemporary Salafi thought: The first matter: their standing literally with the apparent meanings of the hadiths of the Messenger of God - صلى الله عليه وسلم - and doing it without looking at the jurisprudence of the consequences.

The model of stoning the Jamarat came and what happens every year from standing at the apparent meaning of the text led to the occurrence of cases of death that the wise legislator does not accept as a result of their adherence to the apparent act of the Prophet - صلى الله عليه وسلم That it is not permissible to shoot before the dawn, and that the Companions of the Messenger - صلى الله عليه وسلم - did not find the apparent meaning of the text when he commanded them not to pray except in Banu Qurayzah, so each group of them worked hard to understand the hadith of the Messenger without denial from the Messenger of God صلى الله عليه وسلم - on one of them.

The second matter: It fuels the doctrinal dispute and its negative aspects that led to the disunity and fragmentation of the nation.
