Abstract EN

This study dealt with: the importance of terminology for the modernists and their knowledge related to the noble hadith and its types from the books of hadith sciences and its terminology and the books of men, and the difference between theoretical knowledge of the types of hadith, and the conditions of men, a large part of this mechanism provides rules and controls necessary for the diligent (high rank scholar) in general, and these are replaced by books The principles of jurisprudence, and because of their lack of precaution while they were busy explaining the degree of the noble hadith, they made the mistake of violating the first.

This study came to clarify the problematic in the development of the science of terminology, and the fifth century AH is the time of its maturity, as the conventions of this science were developed and used for its connotations, and represents the boundary between the advanced and the later scholars of hadith origins, and this study proves that it is not necessary for the forerunners to use a word or Terminology and they want it with a special connotation, as the later people knew it, and the term “good” for the later ones is a special term, they call it a narration that is at the last degree of the authentic, and the narration is one of the categories of weak.

The study methodology included: Defining (Hasan) (as a designation of certain hadiths which is authentic to some degree) in language and terminology and the problem of improvement among the advanced scholars of hadith, and it dealt with Muhaddiths' definitions of Hasan and their explanation, the criticisms leveled against them and their response to them, and a systematic reading of (Hasan) designation by the earlier and later hadith scholars, to reach important results.
