Abstract EN

The study of soil and the degree of its development is one of the important studies in the field of soil geography in all its horizons.

By knowing the extent of development in the horizons of soil and the physical and chemical weathering processes it has been exposed to, we can infer many of the conditions and factors that contributed to its arrival to the current stage.

Many studies have taken the trend towards giving a general explanation and structural analysis to study the evolution of soils based on the interpretation of the course of weathering processes without resorting to a purely analytical quantitative interpretation, which can be a clear reflection and an effective indicator in knowing the climatic conditions that the soil has experienced as well as other conditions Contribution as it is known as geological structure, topography and vital biological activities.

Hence, based on this principle, the research came to show the extent of the development of soils within the study area depending on the degree of exposure of minerals and their constituent compounds to weathering processes by analyzing the stability of minerals and their resistance to climatic conditions as well as evidence and rates of weathering in the area Research, which reflects the actual and real indicator of the extent of the development of its horizons and extrapolation of the climate factor affecting the degree of weathering.
