The level of job immersion for heads of scientific departments and its relationship to the academic creativity of the two teachers.

The current research aims to build a measure of the level of job immersion for heads of scientific departments and to build a measure of academic creativity for the teaching of scientific departments.

The research community consisted of (1815) teaching staff (893) from the humanities colleges and (912) teaching from the scientific colleges.

A random sample of two teachers was drawn from the colleges sample, amounting to (120), and the validity, discriminatory strength and stability were extracted for them.
