Praise be to God, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of God, our Prophet Muhammad, and on a machine and his companions, and from his parents, but now: This is a summary of my research (Possession of machines and equipment used in the practice of health professions without a license to practice them or without a legitimate reason to possess them (external manifestation- case study), which made it to the fore, two articles, a conclusion, and an index.

The idea of external appearances was a main nucleus to reveal the facts of this crime, which was demonstrated by the amount of severe health damage caused by whoever claims to be a health practitioner, where he has the presence of machines or equipment with the perpetrator, which is usually used in practicing health professions without being authorized to practice those professions or Without having a legitimate reason for possessing it, then I will clarify in the first topic what these external manifestations are in terms of the origin of the idea of the external manifestations and their intended and the extent to which the external manifestations are required, and the necessity of their separation from lying.

It is followed by the second topic to identify some features of these external manifestations by asking some of the following questions: Are the external manifestations necessary and revealing for the occurrence of the crime, and what time are the external appearances occurring, and is this crime considered a serious crime? Then it concluded the research with its most important results and followed it up with references to the research.
