Abstract EN

I wanted to include some examples of Arabized and other medical terms in various and various blood diseases.

from the linguistic and semantic side.

that is, considering that these terms are singular, compound, or interrelated, and diversify them by looking at them as a source, plural, derivative, attributed, or rigid name, and study what the additions overlap, or some of them are associated with prepositions, and the extent of the association of the name (blood) with a large number of them also, after the translation some of them remain in their non-Arabic name, and their association with the Arabic name, with verification of the accuracy or validity of the Arabized description of each term, and can some Arab terms be found for what has not been Arabized until now? or change or reduce the name؟ the research will follow the descriptive and analytical approach with regard to studying the structure of Arabized medical terms that have entered Arabic, and terms translated from foreign to Arabic, and compare them in terms of simplicity and complexity, as well as a balance between synonymous Arab terms.

the importance of research comes in several matters, including : 1 - it comes in the context of interest in terminology ; which would enrich the Arabic language and make it able to keep pace with scientific development.

2 - it contributes to finding a solution to the difficulties faced by scholars in the field of terminology translation; as translation and localization often differ from place to place.

3 - knowing the translated and translated terms, and the accuracy of the localization of terms in the field of blood diseases.

4 - the lawsuit of keeping pace with the Arabic language with the enormous momentum of the many information coming on it, so that you will not find yourself in the next period the cornerstone of scientific progress, and therefore we will not be able to keep pace with the scientific revolution except in our language that we think of.

the research came in the introduction and preliminary, six investigations and a conclusion, and it was proven by the sources and references.

smoothing; it contains a brief summary about blood diseases, their characteristics and types.

the first topic: single terms.

example : malaria - aids the second: compound terms.

such as : (malignant anemia, pernicious anemia- sickle cell anemia (sickle cell disease) and the third: nested terms.

such as : (anemia, chronic diseases, anemia caused by chronic diseases - acute coronary syndrome, acute coronary syndromes) the fourth: terms associated with prepositions.

such as: (separation or electrophoresis of hemoglobin electrophoresis separation or migration of hemoglobin electrophoresis - change in the number of white blood cells, change in the number of white blood cells) and fifth: the terms associated with the name (blood.) such as: (anemia, anemia, low platelet count, thrombocytopenia) sixth: the terminology remaining in its non-Arabic names.

such as : (thalassemia hemophilia) conclusion; the most important guarantee includes, among them : 1 - that the study of terminology is one of the most important studies in the field of linguistic studies ; achieved by the movement of scientific development witnessed by the world.

2 - that her study enriches the language, and paves the way for many researchers to research the contents and secrets of the language.

3 - multiple Arabic terms corresponding to the same foreign term, between general and more specialized terms, such as : (pernicious), which means in English : harmful, malicious, or deadly.

this meaning is offset in Arabic (corrupt, bad, evil, or Satan is called a metaphor.) 4 - that many terms of hematology go back to Greek and then Latin, such as what was translated into English, such as what remained on its origin, and then its language and pronunciation were expressed, such as disease (malaria.) 5 - the term aids is an acronym for hiv / aids, and it means hiv.

he was known and known by this name, and he is not Arabic.

6 - there are some terms in hematology composed of two words, one may be plural and the other a singular, and it may be a rigid or a derivative name, some of which are associated with various prepositions.

7 - that there are terms in blood diseases that remain in their non-Arabic names, and that they are Arabized and known by their pronunciation.

8 - some Arabic terms could not be found unless Arabized so far, or to change or reduce the name.

recommendations : 1 - resorting to dealing with scientific terminology through linguistic study, getting used to dealing with vocabulary, structures, and taking care of the Arabic scientific term.

2 - reviving old Arab scientific references, the need to benefit from them, and not attracting them in favor of foreign languages.

these references have stipulated many terms, and the need to benefit from them and develop them through study and investigation.

3 - resorting to work on the advancement of the Arabic language to keep pace with scientific development, and to create alternatives to foreign terms in the scientific aspect, especially medicine, through the ancient books of Ibn Sina, Ibn Khaldun, al-Razi, and others.
