This study falls under the umbrella of positive psychology, and aims to find out the relationship between psychological capital and psychological well- being of psychologists, the sample of the study consisted of 40 psychologists / psychologists and the sample was intentionally chosen in an average age of (33, 4) years, and their qualifications varied The researcher used the Psychological Capital Scale (Luthans: 2007) translation (Safaa El-Assar: 2019), and the scale was assured of the statistical requirements of honesty, consistency and internal consistency by applying it to an exploratory sample of teachers and teachers of the three stages (elementary - preparatory - Secondary), and used the Descriptive approach and appropriate statistical methods (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, analysis of t-test) The statistical program SPSS was also used in analyzing the data, and the study found that there is a relationship between psychological capital and good life among psychologists, and the study also found differences in the relationship between psychological capital and good life according to some demographic variables in favor of males compared to females, the most experienced compared With the least experience, the higher qualification compared to the lower qualification, the older age compared to, and the study recommended expanding the conduct of research aimed at achieving a good life in all areas because of its impact on positive mental health.
