Abstract EN

The study aimed to know the role of the state and society in facing poverty, this is by highlighting the effect of poverty on the prevalence of the culture of solidarity and synergy among the rulers and the different categories of society towards those disadvantaged and marginalized categories in society, by recognizing efforts made to improve their status by providing financial and moral support and the fulfillment of their needs by rulers, state institutions and different categories of society.

We sought to display both role and effort that the rulers made to the poor and needy categories; such as giving voluntary alms and ensuring the distribution of Zakat, providing medical care and free education for the poor, caring for providing service projects which help them as taking care of providing water, getting rid of this inventory as well as allowing the poor to submit their complaints and reduce taxes for them.

We also presented the role of the judiciary and Hisbah institutions and their attempt to raise the standard of living for the weak and disadvantaged categories.

Moreover, we sought to display the role of society in looking at the affairs of the poor, sharing their ordeals and crises and sharing what they have with them, like a permanent or temporary endowment for them.

So, the rulers, state institutions and society formed a complete system to support the poor.
