لا يخفى عن المهتمين بالدراسات الاندلسية اهتمام سلاطين مملكة غرناطة وفقهائها بالناحية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، مما اسفر ذلك عن ثروة اقتصادية ضخمة ومتنوعة وشاملة في المجالات الاقتصادية عامة ، وقد بين لنا ابن الخطيب تخليد اعمال السلاطين في مملكة غرناطة في الجانب الاقتصادي ، فضلاً عن ما ذكرته المصنفات العامة في تاريخ الرجال في الاندلس وحكمائها وفقهائها ، وهذا يؤكد الطابع الاقتصادي الترفي لسلاطين مملكة غرناطة المرتبطة اساساً بحاجيات السلطان العامة والخاصة من جهة ، وطلبات المجتمع السكاني من جهة اخرى، اما الفقهاء المسلمين في مملكة غرناطة فقد كان لهم إسهامات واسعه في الميادين الاقتصادية من خلال حث الناس على صلاة الاستسقاء ودفع الاموال للفقراء والمحتاجين، ومساعدة الناس ايام الازمات الطبيعية (كالسيول والحرائق والقحط) والازمات البشرية (كالفتن والاضطرابات).
Abstract EN
It is not hidden from those interested in Andalusian studies, the interest of the sultans and jurists of the Kingdom of Granada, in the economic and social aspect, which resulted in a huge, diversified and comprehensive economic wealth in the economic fields in general.
Public works in the history of men in Andalusia and its sages and jurists, and this confirms the economic and luxury character of the sultans of the Kingdom of Granada, which is mainly related to the Sultan’s public and private needs on the one hand, and the demands of the population, on the other hand.
As for the Muslim jurists in the Kingdom of Granada, they had extensive contributions in the fields Economic by urging people to pray for rain, pay money to the poor and needy, and help people during natural crises (such as floods, fires and drought) and human crises (such as temptation and unrest).
