Abstract EN

In our research, we are trying to illustrate the impact of the opposition on the development of the parliamentary system in Iraq by looking at what the opposition is, its functions and its role in the democratic system through the means it possesses to correct the performance of the authorities, while explaining why it is weak in this important role.
