The study aims to identify the role of social responsibility on the activation of the applicatioc of sustainable development ill the company of housing investment and real estate development in Iraqi Kurdistan rcfikxi Brbtl city.

to achieve the aim of this study was a questionnaire has been d»igned to collecting data >a questionnaire includes (24) items .(151 items to the social dimension and (II) items to the economic dimension (SO) Questionnaire distributed form a ample in the stall's company of housing (4()) questionnaire resumed that represented (86%).

A number ofhypathcies placcd as there Is statistically significant relationship between social responsibility <»tiich includes the social and economic dimensions(independent vaiiaWcs) and sustainable development (dependent variable).

SPSS statistical software program used to analysis statistically the data collected with the use of a set of statistical methods.
