AbstractThis study aims at identifying the nature of educational culture and educational informational, and the sources of educational culture and educational informational, as well as relationship between them.

The study adopts the comparative descriptive approach, as well as historical approach in the theoretical framework.

The study has arrived at several results, such as: media can be used to become an educational spring via its various means, such as newspaper and broadcast media as well as electronic media connected with internet.

The roles of media and education are interrelated in shaping ways of thinking and styles of behavior for human.

The study comes up with several recommendations, such as: the study recommends of the necessity of integrating media literacy in the curriculum for all educational levels, to contribute to develop the community media awareness, and training members of the community how to deal with media.
