This study aims to try to introduce the policy of inclusive growth within the policies of the national economy, where the adoption of policies for inclusive growth and comprehensive central point and global priority for international organizations such as the Organization for Economic Cooperation, the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund, because the concept of inclusive growth is based on the principle of participation of all segments of society in development efforts and in reaping the benefits without discrimination or exclusion, this trend is the result of the fact that the benefits of growth have become concentrated in the hands of a few wealthy while the share of income that goes to Real workers in most countries, which has widened the gap between the strata of society and its impact on the social and economic stability of nations, especially developing countries.
