Abstract EN

The behaviour of civil judge and his moral and professional duties in the Algerian legislation Through this article, it became clear to us that the Algerian legislation has expressly stipulated the behaviour and duties of the civil judge in order to achieve balance, even if it is proportional, between the principle of the independence of the judiciary and the principle of the rule of law or the principle of responsibility, the judge shall give the real place to the justice system in the State.

Besides, through the adherence thereto, the judge takes his pathway to reveal the truth while he is dealing with the disputes exposed in front of him between the litigants for the purpose of stating rightfully therein, so as to make the judicial truth that he has reached close to the real reality or exactly identical thereto.

Subsequent to whish, the values shall be preserved, and the citizen shall indeed feel secure on his life, honour and money, and his feeling of belonging to his homeland shall then be doubled.
