Abstract EN

The study aims at highlighting the importance of freedom of opinion and expression as a fundamental human right, and considering the importance of this right for the individual and the State together, the International Bill emphasized it and established acceptable standards for its exercise, and the right to freedom of opinion and expression is not linked to other rights and freedoms, including its essential and reliable and other manifestations and means of exercising it.

Our study found that we could not envision the exercise of this right without free access to information, as well as that the right to freedom of opinion and expression was constitutional and left unfettered to disturb public order, morals and public security, and to prejudice the rights and freedoms of others.
