The contracts between a State and a foreign company have a great importance, especially for a State receiving investments in a various areas like ALGERIA.

And the purposes of this research is the clarification of the different perspectives about the legal aspects of State contracts as addressed by the authority jurists.

So there are those who see the application of International Law on State contracts, and there are those who see the application of international principles of law and there are others who see that State contract are bound by a different legal systeme which is the International Law of contracts, so what are the solutions?
