Abstract EN

The countries of the world have recently witnessed a biological revolution mainly represented by the covid -19 virus, which started up from china in December 2019, and from there it started to spread in many countries of the world.

On January 30, 2020, the World Health organization has announced that the number of injuries constituted a public health emergency that created a form of panic and fear throughout the world, including Algeria.

Whereas, on march 12, 2020, the President of Algerian Republic, Abdel Majid Tabboune, has ordered to take preventive procedures and measures to limit the spread of the epidemic, including the suspension of most actions, the effects of the corona pandemic covid-19 extended to the suspension of the work of judicial authorities and the normal functioning of a facility justice, what drags, a prejudice to the rights of litigants, especially procedural ones, in particular deadlines procedure which is subject of our research.
