The spread of transactions throw information networks has lead to the emergence of a new kind of disputes which have to be resolved quickly fitting the way imposed by the virtual world, which forced us to go from physical and tangible to immaterial.

The person sitting behind the computer doesn't know with whom she is making a contract; this modern function is called electronic arbitrage.

Considering its specification in resolving disputes especially the way contracts are made in this environment, I wanted throw this article to study how far this behavior is legal especially with the ence of laws regulating this kind of transactions by answering the next question: how far is valid the arbitration agreement remotely concluded.
