The origin of the concept of contemplation is that it is one of the verbal connotations related to the concept of the text that sholars of origins elaborated in detailing its rules and controlling the inference in deducing sharia rules from their detailed evidence, and at the same time this concept is considered one of the approved and interpretive means in the jurisprudence of law by consensus that the jurists borrowed all its rules and parts from the science of origins, and they considered them a source of law.

On this basis, the concept of contravention is considered among yhe most important mechanisms in harmony and understanding family law texts related to the provisions of marriage and divorce before entry or consummation.
