The United Nations considred as the international establishment that serve to maintain international peace and security in the world, but Israel done and still do, many international crimes against the Palestinian people, and the international community is unable to bind this State to obey and to implement the decisions, because of the protection wich offred by the dominant Western countries in the world, which has the power in the UN Security Council, which affect the international legitimacy.
