Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to identify the sources of psychological stress among the teachers of special education and its relationship with self-organization.

to achieve the aims of the study, the analytical descriptive method was adopted.

a measure of psychological stress sources was developed, consisting of (4) dimensions and verified its reliability, the development of a self-regulatory measure consisting of (40) paragraphs has been verified the signs of sincerity and stability.

the sample of the study was chosen according to the intentional method and it consisted of (332) teachers and teachers.

the results of the study showed that the mean of the sources of psychological pressure as a whole (4.01) and high estimate, and that the highest dimension is (the economic dimension) was high in the mean of (4.10), while the self dimension with an average of (3.88) arithmetic mean between dimensions.

the results showed that there is an inverse relationship between the sources of stress among teachers of special education and self-organization.

it recommended that teachers, educators and educational leaders should be made aware of the importance of reducing the sources of psychological stress in the teaching and educational process and what is reflected in it through its practice in the progress of students in learning.
