The proliferation of Crona in most parts of the world has led to a growing interest in work patterns and distance communication, at a time when digitization has increased, enabling individuals and institutions to continue their lives and engage in online activities, This research sheds light on the concept of digital transformation, and how to enshrine it in Algeria through its adoption of communications and information technology systems and activating its uses to reach an information society, electronic management and digital economy, through the adoption of a strong digital infrastructure, to be among the countries seeking progress and success through digital transformation and why not access digital access to all segments of society.
