That development also played a role in exposing the inability of public rules to regulate them and orb their peculiarity.

In return, the technology of the times has shown that the conflict of laws in comparative laws have become difficult to resolve, and their actions have been complicated by the determination of the law applicable to the electronic contract.

This has made it imperative to create qualitative norms that respond to its specificity.
