The escalation of terrorist operations in many countries after the events of september 11-2001 led to an increase in the interest of states and the international community in the issue of financing terrorism, as it constitutes the main nerve of destructive terrorist operations, so that terrorist groups derive their strength from their financing.

The fight against the financing of terrorism raises many problems, especially with regard to detection and prosecution, by looking at the methods adopted in financial transaction and the interference of intermediaries in these operations.

The Algerian legislator realized the danger of terrorist financing, so setting up a solid legal strategy to combat it.
