The theory of verbal actions is the core of the deliberative study, or it can be said: It is the clearest applied aspect in this study, and this theory is based on the basic premise that it is intended to talk to exchange information, and to perform an act subject to disciplined rules at the same time and this action aims to explain the position of the recipient, and the system of his beliefs And his behavioral attitudes, these verbs that start from specific situations are transformed into verbs with dimensions and multiple purposes and many factors are involved in this transformation, and in this research we will apply verbal verbs to Surat Al-Nisaa, and we will define the deliberative meaning based on the rhetorical meaning.
