كانت الحركات القومية التي ظهرت في إيران خلال السنوات التي سبقت الحرب العالمية الثانية و بعدها نتاجا طبيعيا لما شهدته البلاد من تطورات و تغيرات سياسية في السياحة الإيرانية، خاصة بعد سقوط رضا شاه عن العرش و ظهوره.

ابنه محمد رضا شاه وتولى السلطة في إيران بمساعدة الدول الكبرى التي انتصرت في الحرب الكونية.

لم تنحصر المعارضة الإيرانية في اتجاه واحد أو تيار سياسي، بل كانت تمثل تيارات متعددة موزعة على مناطق إيران بأكملها.

كانت اقتراحاتها لوقف التسلل الأجنبي في شؤون البلاد، و ضرورة الدفاع عن سيادة إيران، و اعتماد برنامج للإصلاح الداخلي.

و من بين هذه الحركات الوطنية الحركة الأذربيجانية بزعامة جعفر باشوري الراعي، و التي لم تستطع تحقيق النصر للمطالبات بما كانت تطالب به.

شخصية جعفر بشوري المولود في تبريز هو الذي عبر عن مبادئه في إقامة نظام فيدرالي في إيران، مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار أن الأذربيجانيين كانوا أكثر الجنسيات التي عانت من الظلم و القسوة من قبل السياسيين التعسفيين، نفذها رضا شاه بهلوي.

و لهذا انتفض جعفر بشوري حرة معبرا عن قوميته دفاعا عن حقوق الشعب الأذربيجاني، خاصة أنه يمتلك أكبر مورد اقتصادي في إيران و هو (النفط).

على الرغم من أنه اعتمد على الدعم السوفييتي، إلا أنه لم يعتقد أن الدول القوية تفضل مصالحها على الشعوب الضعيفة.

لذلك سقطت حكومة جعفر بشوري بالتعاون مع الاتحاد السوفيتي و الحكومة الإيرانية بقيادة قوة السلطنة.

و هكذا انتهت مسيرة جعفر بيشا راي النضالية بإقامة حكم فيدرالي لمنطقة أذربيجان

Abstract EN

The nationalist movements that appeared in Iran during the years before and after World War II were a natural product of what the country witnessed in terms of political developments and changes in Iranian tourism, especially after the fall of Redha Shah from the throne and the advent of his son Muhammad Redha Shah and took power in Iran with the help of the major countries which has won the victory in cosmic war.

The Iranian opposition was not confined to one direction or political current, but rather represented multiple currents distributed over the entire regions of Iran.

Its propositions were to stop foreign infiltration in the country's affairs, the need to defend Iran's sovereignty, and to adopt a program for internal reform.

Among these national movements is the Azerbaijani movement led by JaafarBashouriRai, which could not achieve victory for the claims for what it was calling for.

The character of Jaafar Bashuri, who was born in Tabriz, is the one who expressed its principles for establishing a federal system in Iran, with taking into consideration that the Azerbaijanis were the most nationalities that were suffering from injustice and cruelty by the arbitrary political, carried out by Redha Shah Pahlavi.

This is why Jaafar Bashuri Hora rose up, expressing his nationalism in defense of the rights of the Azerbaijani people, especially as it possesses the largest economic resource in Iran, which is (oil).

Although he relied on Soviet support, he did not think that the powerful countries preferred their interests to the weak peoples.

Therefore, the government of Jaafar Bashuri fell in cooperation with the Soviet Union and the Iranian government led by the strength of the Sultanate.
